The principals have a wide range of technical and management experience in the software lifecycle development lifecycle, technology strategy and planning, project management and business. We have unique domain knowledge that encompasses both technical and management expertise, giving us the ability to intimately understand our customer's needs and to accurately evaluate candidates. Robert Main
President
Robert Main has over 25 years of experience working in the information technology field as a software developer, senior executive, and president of a Web-based procurement company. Mr. Main has extensive experience building for-profit software applications in the commercial and government sectors. As president of eFed, a federal, state, and local government eProcurement company, Mr. Main has experience in all facets of designing, developing, and delivering products that meet customer's needs. Mr. Main also has over ten years experience supporting and implementing technologies as the Director of Advanced Technology of the National Academy of Sciences. Mr. Main has a MS in Computer Science and a BS in Economics from George Mason University.

John Ennis
Chief Operations Officer
John Ennis has 28 years of experience, including more than 15 years in a senior executive capacity, in information technology. He has managed large software development projects and software development departments for several companies. Mr. Ennis is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute. His experience includes 21 years at Mobil Corporation where he was the Manager of the Global Applications Competency Center. He spent two years as the Vice President, Systems and Software Engineering for NIC Commerce, managing and operating more than a dozen eProcurement systems for federal, state, and local governments. He also served as the Director of Operations at FedBid where he directed all technical and client services activities for their online reverse auction system. Mr. Ennis has a B.B.A. in Computer Science from Baruch College, New York and a Project Management Master's Certificate from George Washington University.

Madhu Kopparapu
Chief Technology Officer
Madhu Kopparapu has over 15 years of experience developing commercial software applications for a variety of industries, including financial, telecommunications, and technology. Mr. Kopparapu is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute. He has worked in a senior technical role for Sprint Nextel, Freddie Mac, and AT&T. He is a Sun Certified Enterprise Architect with strong Java/J2EE, C/C++, and WebLogic experience. He has managed several large-scale software development teams and is intimately familiar with software project management, testing and documentation. He is unsurpassed in his knowledge of Java, UNIX and Microsoft Windows-based technologies. Mr. Kopparapu also has in-depth experience developing system architectures, process design, and data modeling. He has over five years of direct experience as the Director of Product Development at eFed, which developed eProcurement software for federal, state, and local governments. Mr. Kopparapu has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Regional Engineering College in Warangal, India and an MS in Computer Science from Louisiana State University.
