Job Description RJM Technologies specializes in providing IT consultants and permanent placements who are trained and experienced in various IT fields, including software engineering, project management, business analysis, SOX compliance, database architecture and administration, ERP implementations (JD Edwards, Remedy, etc.). We have experienced substantial growth in our recruiting services and, as a result, have significantly expanded the number of open job requisitions beyond what our current recruiters can handle. As a result of this growth we are looking for an experience recruiter to supplement our team. Responsibilities Work with account managers to source and recruit qualified candidates for open job requisitions. Prioritize list of open positions to maximize potential placements. Required Skills 3+ years with a proven track record of relevant IT sourcing experience. Ability to interview sourced candidates and write up qualification summary for presentation to client. Working knowledge of the IT industry and various IT job types. Must be self-starter and have the ability to work independently and within a team. Strong analytical skills and multi-tasking required. Good communication and interview skills.
